Dr. Andreas Spuller: Science of Life? Junk or Science?
Thu, October 11, 2007 6 pm CEST, Lecture
In his lecture, Dr. Andreas Spuller, Institut für Chinesische Medizin Karlsruhe inquires into the demands that medicine must fulfill in order to be successful. Three conditions are necessary for this: comprehensible theory formation—what is Chinese medicine, after all? Proof of scientific effectiveness—what meaning and role does it play in our populace? Quality—do we want junk or science? Based on these themes, Dr. Andreas Spuller offers knowledgeable insight into Chinese medicine, its chances and effects.
