- Jean-Damien Collin is Head of cultural development at the departmental council of the Territoire de Belfort (FR). 2001–2004 he was director of the Espace multimédia gantner (Bourogne, FR). He holds degrees in physics and chemistry as well as cultural management. Collin was one of the founders of the Fédération Hiéro Colmar (FR), where he organized several hundred concerts and film series, and has developed programs for the Musée Unterlinden in Colmar (FR) and the Musée d’Art moderne et contemporain in Strasbourg (FR). Until 2007 he was a member of the board of directors of Light Cone, Europe’s leading distributor of experimental films, where he initiated a series of new projects. He is a member of the academic board for the professional Master’s degree in the development of international art and cultural projects at the University of Lyon (FR), and of the boards of directors of the Centre d’Art mobile, the Festival Météo, and the Cultural Committee of the Fondation de France.
