Biography

For 20 years Margie Medlin’s art practice has combined visual art, with lighting and spatial design for both her own installations and dance performances produced in collaboration with choreographers. Since 2003 her art works has been exploring expanded cinema, through interactive systems design, focusing on software, hardware and engineering developments to interpolate data. She has received numerous design awards and residencies in Australia and Internationally.
