ZKM will display its musical side on »Open Museum / Gallery Day 2011«. The ZKM | Institute for Music and Acoustics continues its new series ima | kids with two children’s concerts. Here, children and young people can discover their enthusiasm for electronic music. As part of the exhibition »BEFORE THE ZKM. Project 99,9% and Art in the Hall Builiding 1980–1994« artists fill the atria of the University of Arts and Design Karlsruhe and the ZKM | Museum of Contemporary Art with sound. On this day, admission to the musical activities and all current exhibitions at ZKM is free of charge.
