Zheng Guogu
- Biography
Born in Yangjiang in 1970, the son of an instrument maker and musician, Zheng studied at the Guangzhou College of Arts. He works with photography, installation, painting and sculpture. His favorite subject matter includes modern China and its society. Often his works are mixed with calligraphic characters. He often arranges photographs like a storyboard. His works can be found in important collections such as Charles Saatchi's collection. In 2007, he participated in documenta 12.
Zheng lives and works in Yangjiang.
