Carte blanche: Concert by Annette Vande Gorne with her own works

The Carte blanche of Belgian composer Annette Vande Gorne is being presented as the third and final festival concert on 14th January 2017. The musicologist and former student of electroacoustic composition at the Conservatoire de Paris under Pierre Schaeffer and Guy Reibel develops music for acousmatic concerts, theatre and ballet performances. Since 1984, she has curated »L’Espace du son«, the acousmatic festival she founded in Belgium, which took place for the twenty-third time in 2016. In the Belgian town of Ohain, Annette Vande Gorne has founded the »Musiques & Recherches« Academy and the »Métamorphoses d’Orphée« studio. She has been teaching for more than thirty years.
